Abstract

|
Endophytic fungi were isolated from surface-sterilized roots of a species of orchid, , in Korea. The isolated strains were identified based on morphological characteristics and sequence analyses of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and large subunit (LSU) of rDNA regions. Two species, and are first reported in Korea with their descriptions.
